TGN church provides TGN Camp Arrival Desk, a private operational web application for authorized users supporting TGN church camp operations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users of the service.

- Information from Google Sign-In, including your name, email address, and Google account identifier needed to authenticate you.
- Account details managed by authorized administrators, such as phone number, role, and workspace access.
- Operational information needed to support TGN church camp workflows, including registration-related operations, camper accommodation planning, food distribution planning, coordination, and notifications.
- Technical and security information, including sign-in activity, session and device-related information, audit logs, error logs, and security event records.
2. How We Use Information
- To authenticate users with Google Sign-In and match them to approved TGN Camp Arrival Desk accounts.
- To manage access to the service.
- To operate and secure the application.
- To support camper accommodation planning and food distribution planning for authorized camp operations.
- To send service-related and operational emails or notifications.
- To support user accounts and troubleshoot issues.
- To maintain audit and security records.
3. Google Account Information
We use Google Sign-In only to authenticate your identity and confirm that your Google account matches an approved TGN Camp Arrival Desk account.
We do not receive your Google password.
The Google information we use is limited to sign-in details such as your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We use this Google information only for authentication and account binding. After authentication, TGN Camp Arrival Desk uses its own approved-account records to manage access inside the service.
We do not use Google Sign-In to access Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar data, Google Contacts, or other Google workspace data. We do not use Google account information for advertising, marketing, or unrelated analytics.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
- We may share information with service providers that help us operate the application, such as hosting, email delivery, authentication, and messaging providers.
- We may share information when required by law or valid legal process.
- We may share information to protect the security, integrity, or rights of the service, our users, or others.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, and comply with legal, regulatory, or operational obligations.
We may retain limited records after account disablement where necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or internal recordkeeping.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information and to help prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

If you no longer want to use Sign in with Google for this service, you may also manage connected apps in your Google account settings.
8. Children
TGN Camp Arrival Desk is intended only for authorized users of the service and is not intended for general public use by children.
