Private Access

TGN Camp Arrival Desk is available only to users invited or approved by authorized TGN church camp administrators. You may not attempt to access any account, workspace, or area of the service that you are not authorized to use.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for using the Google or Gmail account assigned to your TGN Camp Arrival Desk access. Google Sign-In is used to authenticate access to the service. Do not share invite links, OTPs, access tokens, trusted devices, or other sign-in credentials with anyone else.

Acceptable Use

• Use TGN Camp Arrival Desk only for legitimate TGN church camp operations.
• Use accommodation planning and food distribution information only for authorized camp responsibilities.
• Enter accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
• Respect role boundaries and workspace limits.
• Report suspected unauthorized access or incorrect account data promptly.

Administrative Controls

Authorized administrators may create pending users, assign access, correct account identifiers before activation, disable accounts, release identifiers, and update operational roles according to the product's security model.

Service Availability

TGN Camp Arrival Desk is provided to support TGN church camp operations. We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability may depend on hosting, network, email, OTP, and identity-provider services outside our direct control.
